What camping trip is complete without a bonfire?
As we were cupping the coffees, the Nicaraguan coffee really captured the essence of a bonfire. The heavy woody peat fragrance with wine like silkiness. A touch of acidity to cut through heaviness.
When served hot, this coffee has an amazing warmth that is reminiscent of the warmth from a bonfire. To emphasis this feeling, we roast the beans slower and over a longer duration with a milder flame. We hope this coffee feels as warm as we envisioned.
