This coffee is our special coffee, an everchanging representation of us. The roasting business was started with three friends, a "blend" of multiple individuals. This blend represents, and its everchanging mix of beans, represents us growing as business owners and roasters. Every month, we like to change up who we are a little bit, evolving as individuals as we navigate through this venture together. This blend should be a reminder that everything is always a work in progress, and we hope to bring you better and better coffee each month.
It's always a bit of a surprise, but we always BALANCE each other out. Our house blend will be the same as it brings together a harmony of flavours, a prefect mixture of acidity, texture and sweetness.
