Our signature technique is just a simple method that is supposed to be the baseline for many brew ideas. I selected a coffee and roasted in a way to represent that, we are creating a simple coffee for everyone to enjoy. Something that's easy to drink on a day to day basis.
This is a coffee from Brazil roasted towards a medium. It's extremely balanced, a little bit of chocolate, nuts, tea and fruitiness. None overpowering, none underwhelming. The texture isn't very light nor heavy but great sweetness overall.
