Shipping policy

We work with Fedex Ground, Purolator and Canada Post for processing all mail orders to Canadian and US addresses. Equipment orders are processed within 1-2 business days and coffee beans order processing may vary depending on roasting schedule.

As for the wholesale orders, we provide different shipping arrangements and please contact us here for more details. 

The shipping times vary depend on the location but you are able to track your shipment with your tracking number for the order. 

We ship coffees that are as close to roast date to ensure and protect the freshness of the coffee. Please note we are not responsible for the missing packages during transit that are not insured.
