Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Final Sale / non-returnable items
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we are unable to resell and as such offer returns. The following are 2 options for dissatisfaction of your order. 


Satisfaction Guarantee  
If you are not satisfied with the taste of the coffee you ordered, please reach out to contact@talescoffee.com. Each order is eligible for 1 replacement which you can use to get a different coffee bean which you might be more satisfied with. 

Refunds
If you do not want another coffee bean, we can offer you a 50% refund on your purchase and you can keep the coffee beans or gift it to friends / family.
