Inspired by the manga Soul Eater, their art was always chaotic however, during the calm times the art is very pristine. We have a coffee that's got the dark darks but the bright brights. It's a lack of balance in this particular coffee that's what makes it so interesting. The bean itself is large and dense which allows us to create a perfectly imbalanced coffee. Sometimes imperfection is what makes coffee so special.
